STEAM Boat 5-Day Program — Grades 6-9 (Sep 14-18)

Service Description

Five days, three hours a day, from never having touched a soldering iron to racing a boat you built through a course you programmed — in front of a crowd on the pier. Day 1 Waterline: hulls, teams and first float test. Day 2 Drive: motors, batteries and learning to actually pilot. Day 3 Signal: fabricate the floating course markers with 3D pens, then wire and program the RFID and LED systems inside them. Day 4 Trials: course design, time trials, and modifying between runs. Day 5 Race Day: full competition with the scoreboard live and families watching. All equipment, filament and instruction included. Every participant keeps what they fabricated. Minimum 8 to run.
