FullBlast STEAM is a for-profit EdTech Design Studio with a community impact mission. Founded by educators, technologists, and arts advocates, we develop and deliver hands-on Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics (STEAM) experiences that inspire creativity and prepare communities for the future of work. From competitive robotics leagues and drone gaming competitions to 3D Pen Party™ design challenges, custom equipment kits, and standards-aligned curriculum, we create turnkey solutions that bring 21st-century skill building to schools, organizations, and large-scale community events.

Our vision is to replace idle time with purposeful, skill-building play across Baltimore, the DMV region, and beyond. By designing interventions that are equal parts fun, therapeutic, and educational, we aim to build a sustainable infrastructure of opportunities for youth and families. Every FullBlast STEAM program functions like a “right of passage” scaffold—meeting children, teens, and adults at their stage of development, and supporting them as they grow into innovators, creators, and leaders.

At the heart of our mission is access and equity. We collaborate with public schools, recreation centers, libraries, corporate teams, adult care facilities, and nonprofit organizations to deliver activities that merge engagement with measurable outcomes. Alongside our events and workshops, we design curriculum that is uniquely tailored to grade-level standards, infused with creativity, and aligned with the 21st-century skills employers in the tech industry are seeking. Our curriculum also acknowledges the value of arts integration, art therapy, mindfulness, and SEL (social-emotional learning) practices, ensuring that every program builds confidence, resilience, and whole-person development.
